We ship all orders with our trusted partners, NZ Post.

Urban deliveries: Orders are usually delivered within 3 working days.

Rural deliveries: These can take a little longer. NZ Post notes that services to rural addresses may take an additional 2–3 working days on top of standard delivery times for business and residential addresses.
This means standard parcels will typically take longer to arrive in rural areas than in urban ones.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your NZ Post tracking link or contact our team at info@canteen.org.nz.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your bandanna! Because we’re a charity and our bandannas help raise vital funds for rangatahi impacted by cancer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, if your bandanna arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll absolutely make it right.
Faulty or damaged item?
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase. Email us at info@canteen.org.nz with your order details, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund if needed.
Shipping your return
If we ask you to return the item, please send it to:
Canteen Aotearoa, 110 Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland, 1010.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. Please note, shipping fees aren’t refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If we offer a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund not come through yet? First, double-check your bank account, contact your card provider, it can take a few days to show up.
